Nintendo DS Shell Case Review

Shell Case is officially licensed by Nintendo and a such t has the right to carry the trademarked logo of Nintendo DS. This logo engraved on a metal plate with big studs is one of the coolest looking that I have seen. Now another thing we liked is the packaging. As you can see from the picture it looks interesting as would work great for presenting as gift.

Now when you get down to using this NDS shell case it is not as great as it looks at first. In fact it is a little bit larger than the DS so the console tends to move around in the case. Because the inside is padded and soft that doesn't damage anything, but I would expect a better fit from a licensed product.

Unlike in Airform Pocket or DS Carry Bad there are NO compartments for Nintendo DS game cards or GBA Advance Cartridges and that in my pinion is a big disadvantage.

To summarize this short review - this case looks good, protects your DS and has the best packaging, but I would not choose it as you can get similar for hal the price or better for the same price.
