NDS Analog Joystick.

This device uses the touch screen to emulate an analog joystick control. The stick itself slides the miniature horizontal and vertical axes. The movement of theses axes is scaled to the full size of the screen by using a small gear in conjunction with a larger gear. The large gear moves the axis on the side of the screen. To clear plastic strips attached to the screen axes hold the pointer in place while still allowing the user to see through. This device would be ideal for Super Mario 64 DS or Metroid Prime Hunters. It requires no electricity to operate.
